We would like to address an important matter regarding the safety and security of our funeral teams, particularly during early morning services at graveyards. This is especially relevant in situations where individual Funeral Decorators (FFDs) are required to prepare grave sites before the arrival of the funeral procession.

As a company, we take these concerns very seriously and are actively working to find realistic and practical solutions to improve general funeral security.

What We Are Doing:

We are engaging with relevant stakeholders, including community leaders, to explore opportunities where trusted community members can assist in enhancing the security of our teams working under these specific conditions.

We recognise the unique and often challenging environments in which our staff operate. Our goal is to ensure that services are delivered with the highest level of dignity, quality, and safety.

We will maintain ongoing communication with affected teams to keep improving safety measures and address new concerns as they arise.

How You Can Help:

We invite all employees to share their feedback, suggestions, and support to help us identify additional ways to enhance working conditions and improve security on the ground. Your input is invaluable.

We want to reaffirm our care and concern for all our funeral teams, and we applaud your dedication and unwavering commitment to excellence under often difficult circumstances.

Thank you for your continued service and support.

Warm regards,

Management
