This memorandum is being issued to inform all drivers performing standby of a new
leave type that has been added to the leave application form.
A new option of “Standby Off” has been added to the leave application form.
Effective immediately, the “Standby Off” option must be selected when an employee
is applying for their day off after doing standby. The leave will be captured under the
same description on Payroll and will be easier to identify when drawing reports and
when sending out the Weekly leave lists.
