Update on Uniform Guidelines

This memorandum is being issued to inform all Head Office staff about the recent

changes in the uniform policy.

We are writing to inform you of an important update to our uniform policy. Effective

immediately, employees working on the top floor of Head Office will now have the

option to wear their own jackets, jerseys, and trousers, provided they meet the

professional standards outlined below. The company will continue to provide the

standard blue Rolando or Imagemakers shirts, which will remain compulsory wear.

Please note the following guidelines:

1. Tops: Only the company-supplied blue Rolando or Imagemakers shirts are

permitted.

2. Bottoms: Employees may wear black or charcoal/graphite trousers or skirts that

meet the corporate dress code. Denim, leather pants, and skirts above the knee

are not allowed.

3. Jackets and Jerseys: While the company-issued Imagemakers jackets and

jerseys are no longer mandatory, any jackets or jerseys worn must be plain black

and professional. Hoodies, puffer jackets, and leather jackets are not permitted.

4. Footwear: Closed-toe, professional shoes are required. Black shoes are

preferred.

We trust that this update will provide you with more flexibility while maintaining our

professional corporate image. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is

appreciated.
